F_V, In Real Estate they say LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! In BB Stocks they say do your DD. The depth of your questions and the obtuseness befuddles me. Why would anyone care that the CEO has his own wife listed as a director. Did anyone stop to think that she can vote his position if he is not available? Did anyone stop to think of the tax laws of his native country? Did anyone stop to think about the number of incorporators required for a company? The list is long; but is not worth going into a Mr. P. over it. Come on Vinny, lets not let the pressure get to you now. We're too close to want to lose one of our best men. Snap out of it before Tiso Kawe makes you drop and give him a hundred push ups. Roy
