Joe,

I hear you, but, think about it...is the stock going up because of the splits, or is the stock being split because the underlying business is strong? That's all that matters IMHO. Just check a chart of Berkshire Hathaway, and you tell me. Splits don't do squat in the long run other than create more shares and liquidity (the latter being a good thing). Splits are a marketing tool used to benefit brokers and sucker the public into thinking that they will be getting more than they already have, when in fact they are not. I know you know this is true.
