He simply said with component pricing getting cheaper and with DELL already having the best margins, they will enter if it will be good for the company.

In other words, if they do enter, they will rule, as DELL always does in any endeavor.

The interviewer said by way of prefacing a question, that Dell has said they will move into the low-end when they have the support set up for it. Michael didn't disabuse him of this idea.
