Proportion of your comment to reality LS.. that's all. DELL's numbers in my humble opinion are pretty good and I don't think they're sitting on their hands regarding future initiatives. Was the interview revealing? No, but then I wouldn't think its the time to do anything more than make assurances. The stock was flying very high already and TA would suggest it would have pulled back regardless. Compare the PE's of CPQ GTW and DELL at 95... some movement to the center was required. Every high flyer that I can think of has sold off on earnings. Its just DELL's turn not a sea change in their business.

Regarding Gates.. he's so agressive at what he does they'll need to lock the door on his office to give others a chance. I expect the company to be broken up with more value in the parts than in the whole.
