PW, it's also institutional buying. As you know, two sides make a market - a buyer and a seller. Some institutions/funds have decided that now is a good time to do a bit of early spring cleaning and are selling their holdings. Others have decided that although they liked the company at 100, they like it even better at 80 and as a result are buying it. Who is right?
