re upgrades mean sell...only with regards to Fore, as I learned with legalese received after lawsuit (of which I am part) was launched.

Management's directive to analysts at that time was Asia sales were fine. Stock took a jump after FORE spokesperson appeased investor concerns. Insiders then sold big time for millions and millions of profit. FORE then retracted "spokesperson's" statement, saying he had no authority to speak on behalf of "the company". Asia's sales would, as it turned out, negatively impact upcoming earnings.

On this "truthful" news, investors bailed, including me. Insiders then bought once again at lowest levels. We lost our money and complete faith in this company.

The same could be happening now. Although I don't have a position in FORE, a good friend does. I hope it doesn't tank, for his sake...and those of you who believe in management's credibility. I just happen to be one who doesn't anymore.
