lett wanted lots of cash and options before he gave naxos the process and allowed them to run it independantly....thats my point.

that doesn't make sense. Naxos was even farther down this road with J/L than Mg is right now. They had a signed deal contingent on final proof from J/L. it was for 1/3 of the company and milliions of dollars.

You may be right about naxos never haven been given the process. they used third parties hand picked by J/L to test the process. the man's name was Byron Russell. he was hand picked by Austin I believe. they found no merit to the J/L process.
