char,

have those results been made public? Have they been verified by some referee labs? How about by a third party engineering firm?

Larry

Char,
all I'm saying is that if the history which I have relayed to you(sweetheart deals, hand picked consultants finding nothing, and a history of promises with no proof) means less than their explanation of a lack of trust and the process works better on this property, then God bless.

However, keep in mind that those explanations are non sensical in the following way. A third party consultant of your choosing doesn't care if they dont trust naxos, they just report results, and J/L said the process works on 80% of the worlds surface and naxos property. that later turned out to not be true.

Given the history of the dirts, aren't those red flags big enough to cause at least some level of concern for you?

Mark

BTW, I know you don't me, but you can ask chuca if I am a short, or if I would lie to you. I may be wrong, but it won't be because I am lying.
