I really agree with you, Tomcat. There is a very big difference.

Firstly, when the trading patterns are compared, NWI has continued upward from the initial spike over the last 2 weeks or so. CRN peaked on it's first spike and gradually deteriorated even after financing.

Secondly, CRN did not spark a staking rush like NWI although much of the close-in ground had long been held. Donner, of course, was a "close in" play following on the successes of Voisey Bay. There were no specific events such as cores pulled, etc, to justify the interest in their play.

The best comparable for market action I can remember is Afton Copper which goes back to about 1974. Timing and nature of trading and drilling was very similar as was the nature and type of close-in staking. The overall junior market was also comparable to today's market. Geology and location of course were different - one being in B.C., the other in Mattagami.
