SCMI, I just got off the phone with ED Salomon. The reverse won't take affect til March 15, 1999. They have two more announcements coming out within the next two weeks. One of the announcement is about Hits Galore. The second announcement is about a telecommunications company that they are acquiring and he said this telecommunications company did 40 million in revenue last year. The reverse split is not your normal reverse split. It is tricky and involved, but from what I gathered it does involve the acquisition of Hits Galore and it is one of those reverse splits that is very positive for the company. It is one of the few reverse splits I see going up. Similar to the one that ZULU did. That stock did a reverse split based on an acquisition also and it went up after the reverse.
