It does my heart good to see an article like that. Not because of the bearish implications, but because it provides a more accurate picture of just how powerful the current yield ramp is.

The Korean government, decided a while back that chips were vital to the country's long term survival and has acted accordingly. Asian analysts and contacts of mine over there have been discussing the "stealth expansion" for months. Appreciate the heads-up on the article. I agree that it appears bearish for memory pricing (and hence MU), as it is strongly suggestive of added supply coming into an already glutted market.
