I am sorry for you, you didnt read the 8-K carefully, and you believe that poster, call Ed Salmon, this is a very favorable reverse merger, you only win, you get free shares of hitsgalore for your scmi shares, but you retain your scmi shares....you will own two companies after the merger....

LOL--what is making you too exhausted for sex? Man, wish I had those problems to even deal with lol BB stocks..yuck Regular market.. yuck Ok Mr. Nasdaq, I say UNCLE! Sheesh, you made your point What a terrible close, all the big guns, MSFT, SUNW, even AOL closing at day's lows... and right at support for many of these stocks... if they gap down then a lot of them are dropping from 20 day to 50 day moving averages...potentially. Ugly ... Dear Mr. Greenspan, I would like an interest rate cut for Christmas.. but I need it in February ;) Yes this correction is healthy, but ugly nonetheless... Hiding under bomb shelter... Mark
