To keep the lab from being pushed into being a PR dept. for their clients.

All official news of assays should be reported by Corp. not their sub contractors.

Any time I've worked with sub contractors ... they were extremely careful not to disclose who their clients were ... to the point that if I wanted to observe one of my projects in process ... I had to make an appointment so they could have competitors' work out of the way.

I can tell you that for as many disparaging remarks as Naxos investors are making on this thread ... there's one hell of a lot of serious digging by other mining entities to get the J/L process ... FREE!

In fact, I'm going to share with you an email I sent to Mike last night ...

>>Great PR ...

Seems to be well received on SI (like that means a lot! <G>)

Look like every PR is a building block to the whole picture ...
guess that's probably what it should be as you really can't write a
novel on every release.

I'm hearing stuff again ... and I'm sure you are too ... regarding
people who are nosing around to steal what is ethically and legally
ours ... namely the J/L intellectual property.

I encourage you again to not overlook the most stringent measures to
protect our property.

Including:

1.) a full background check on employees
2.) no containers allowed on the premises that could hold samples
of chemicals
3.) requirement to sign confidentiality agreements, non-use &
non-disclosure by all employees regardless of position.
4.) mixing chemicals off site and bringing the pre-mixed materials
onsite in unlabeled drums, etc.

I think you get the picture. Mike, I've personally been ripped off
by some of the largest Corps in the country on IP that I had
patented, copyrighted, etc. I don't trust any of them.

Again, congratulations to you and Jeanne and the Crew ... proving
once more .... the harder you work, the luckier you get!

Regards,<<
