BGR, I think sub 1K is coming, but not necessarily at the expense of margins. Once they are comfortable that their higher margin stuff (servers, notebooks, storage) is robust enough, they will tackle sub $1K. I got the feeling from the CC, that this was the case.

Also, don't confuse sub $1k with sub $800 and sub $600. They won't play here (yet). But I believe the $800-$1000 provides fertile ground for top line growth, coupled with the bottom line being maintained and grown with the higher margin product becoming a greater percent of the total.

BGR, I would rather leave valuation to my CAPM model. Of course, the results all depend on the input. Thank goodness I am a much better predictor of eps growth than Mike Dell is of industry growth. <G>
