edamo, If DELL is to make meaningful inroads into the enterprise domain, sooner or later they have to venture into services as well. I am not sure if this is their core competency, though. I do not understand that part of DELL's busines well, in fact before you raised it I didn't give that much thought either. I think that DELL has a partnership with Wang, is that correct? Can someone with more information please comment on DELL's plans to handle services for the enterprise sector in future? TIA! -BGR.
