People, people, people! Stop and think. Why would they structure a deal like this one? Simple! If for a moment they thought this would have an adverse affect on the stock and deter investors they would have never done it. The could have easily structured it where they did the reverse split then make the announcement. By doing it this way and making today's announcements and a couple of other announcements which will take place over the next couple of weeks, they foresee their stock going higher. It only makes sense. Another announcement they will be making is the acquistion of a telecommunications company which they have already acquired and going to tell people how many shares they will be getting from that company' You will receive shares from Hits Galore. You will receive shares from the Telecommunications deal. You will be out the 6 for 1 reverse but you will have additional shares of the other entities. This is a great deal. It is not your usuaul reverse split. This is a reverse merger!
