Why would QUOB fight/appeal the NASDAQ Listings Qualifications Panel? They would only fight if they had a chance....
Which brings a question to my mind:
Why did that white paper state that the NASDAQ Listings Qualifications Panel was going to delist QUOB, regardless of any recent changes in company performance/situation?
If this is truly the case, then QUOB would not need to appeal anything because the decision would have already been made.
So this must only mean that QUOB has a good argument for continued NASDAQ listing.
