Thanks Guys! This is a very nice deal!! Consider the position that most BB stocks are in (future product and business expectations and very little funding). I am very happy to hear what this company is delivering for their shareholders.....and they have a business with real clients to boot! :)

OK..I just spoke to Ed Salmon..727-530-4800. I received the same information as Gennaro. To make it simple for me to understand..for every 1,000 shares of SCMI you hold, you will receive 165 shares of Hitsgalore. News release will be out this week to explain everything. Also, SCMI new name will be International Healthcare Solutions. We don't loose any shares we hold now we only GAIN shares of a new company. Holy cow, this sounds like honey to a bee. PK
