I think so. I'd like to see some nice size blocks trading. If that happens, 8 1/4 is possible. Just a guess.

Don Wallenchuk was on KFNN radio in Phoenix last Sunday.
Valence still one of his favorite stocks (I did not hear the radio broadcast.)

Slowly the bid follows the ask...now only a steenth seperating them. My guess is the next wave of buys is at the door. We'll see.
