Hey folks, about this NR that came out today, I've got comments and will start with the boring stuff. Phase I is complete by forming 3 new "stand alone" companies, complete with assets. Phase II is taking these little fellas public, and this is expected to be completed before the end of the 2nd qtr '99. Phase III has yet to begin but it is to have all 3 companies apply for exchange listings and to open on their own merits.

Read the NR, it's all in there. Hope I haven't put anybody to sleep 'cuz here comes the good stuff. CCGI will start giving dividends. Indications are value should be about $1 for each company or a total of maybe $3 for all three.

Now if I've figured it right, for just 1 of the 3 companies, we have a value of $1. We closed today at $0.35!!!I would think we are a whole lot undervalued here!!!

I'm excited about this. Questions! Will we receive stock or cash as a dividend? How can all 3 companies each be valued at a dollar? I really don't care, I'm gonna average down... a violation of one of my rules, but what the heck, wouldn't have made it a "rule" if I wasn't expected to break it.
