Karl, The same reasoning applies. J/L may or may not be real this time. Only time will tell. there is historical proof of their failures and no proof of their success(yet). There are many people who claim to have the answers, and there is no reason to think even remotely at this point, that J/L will turn mining on it's ear. that type of comment can only be attributed to irrational exuberance or hype, and does MG more harm than good. It is VERY premature to think there are outfits large or small who need to steal their process. I seem to remember that the J/L process was not deemed patentable many different sources in the past. do you think that the process has changes so drastically that it is now patentable? remember that Johnson has been working on the past process for years if not decades. if he thought he had it then and didn't and the process is that radically different now, that in itself is a big red flag. If there are no more posts addresed to me, I will try to make a graceful(somewhat) exit....... Mark
