EQS- I still own some. I think their greatest problem is that they are in Houston and own companies that are oil-price-sensitive. They lowered their management fee which narrowed the discount but the discount recently returned to 30% probably because the stock is doing so lousy.
I raised the question of EQS here because I wondered if anyone knew anything that I didn't about why it's falling. It seems like it's falling for the obvious reasons.
