I agree they will need numbers. However, the release could have been clearer about the details of the deal and the Kodak symbol should have been referenced for news purposes.

Also if the pictures could be both uploaded and downloaded digitally, that is a big deal and should have been announced as well. This way we are all left to guess and the market does not like uncertainty.

Hi Sam,

<< and get the new website(s)up and running for this thing to move big.... >>

I don't think we'll have long to wait. The new CD site should be up in about two (2) weeks or less and John is not going to waste any time getting these other sites up. This is the "new" TSIG, Sam. We now have a "no nonsense" team!

<< ...i think they will have to start showing numbers in the Pr's... >>

That is a problem, Sam. The SEC is very watchful of companies that "appear" to be "hyping" their stock... especially OTC:BB stocks and "startup/turnarounds". Fortunately, Rob Gordon has never "hyped" TSIG... just the facts. Until we are up and rolling (getting very close, IMO) and we can put out numbers, it is up to us through our DD to make our own determinations as to what the value of each deal will probably be... now and in the future. When the actual numbers start coming out, IMO you won't be able to buy TSIG shares at anywhere even close to these prices.

What I find interesting is the sudden ramp-up in alliances, deals, etc.. Rob Gordon has, IMO, put together a great team... but he obviously has been working overtime to get TSIG rolling. As I said many months ago... when the growth starts it will be expotential and so it seems to be.

Even the PRs are coming out rapidly and in no specific time frame... two in a day, none for a while and then one every day, some after the close, and even some on "never on a Friday". Who knows when the next PR will be released? Today? Tomorrow? Next week? Good luck to the day-traders and momentum players... coulda, woulda, shoulda!! I'm in for the long, long haul to the top.

Be Right!!!... Sit Tight!!!

Best always,

Marty

I agree sam, all this great news and we just sit there. But have no fear! Imo, what it will take to move tsig substantially is the 10q's.

While I am disappointed that the 4q will be lumped in with the year end and not released till 3/31. It could also be viewed as a brilliant move by RG. I do not expect spectacular results in the year end 10q. I do expect to see substantial improvement and at the very least to see the financial insolvency clause removed. Shortly thereafter (4/15/99) we will see the 1q 10q. Imagine what a one-two punch this will be! It is that 10q in which I expect to see spectacular improvement with perhaps even a profit. At that time my sflb may be a reality! This is really a short period of time for a sflb to come to fruition! Only two short months. When I first started to talk about a sflb with tsig, I gave a time frame of three years for it to come to fruition in my case. It has now been moved up to just two short months!

I have given notice on my day job (j.o.b=just over broke) that i will be leaving as soon as tsig gets to $10. While my coworkers flaunt their ignorance and ridicule me that I should be so bold as to suggest that a .45 stock could move to such lofty levels in so short of a time period, I remain firm in my conviction that my sflb is on the horizon within sight.

Between now and 4/15 (1q 10q results) I really would not care to hazard a guess as where the price will be hence my abstinence from the price projection contests of late. Besides I embarassed myself with my yearend projection <g>. However it would not surprise me if tsig drifted towards my slfb prior to the 10q's. Given the past history of the price fluctations it would also not surprise me to see tsig unable to break the $1.oo barrier prior to 4/15. In any case to sell any shares prior to 4/15 is imho CRAZY!

It is also my belief that price projection games are detrimental. When one gives a price target, one is tempted to sell when that target is either achieved or the time frame is met with out the price being achieved. We have all heard of yours and REW predictions of a high share price shortly. IMHO, we are right, however when? I don't know, and I doubt if any of us can give a better answer than SOON!

Hey Sam,
The stock price will come around. I have absolute confindence in that. I am not sure when - next week? next month? three months? six months? I really don't know. I do know that TSIG will not be down forever, though. As Marty always says, "Be right, Sit tight!" I have never felt more right.

TSIG reminds me of the song Tubthumping:

(EDIT) compactconnection.com

"I get knocked down,
but I get up again,
and they're never gonna keep me down!"

Well, Sam, they ain't never gonna keep TSIG down forever! That's for damn sure....
