Jeffrey, I also spoke for a long time today with Wellrich. The receptionist had absolutely no idea about the company being shut down nor plans of moving. She seemed very comfortable and secure. I then spoke with an officer of the corporation who was very surprised and stated ANTI's posts are false. He did bring to my attention their roots in the area, a company which they are taking public with around April 1, I believe. He advised of the name, what show it recently attended, details of the 504, where it is incorporated, who the auditors are,...everything so far checks out. We discussed the contracts signed with AZNT and spent most of the time discussing restricted shareholder's wants... What was said to me by the individual at Wellrich coincides with what a shareholder has advised, and certainly differs from what Pugs and Anti are posting. Thanks for the clarification. I guess I'm getting tired of people providing information for others to verify as opposed to doing it themselves and then documenting it. I've already caught Antibash plagiarizing from Yahoo and in numerous lies, so I guess I still can't believe people afford him a shred of credibility.
