Why can't Citi alone start up the service for its SSB affiliate right away as they do for Citi and BankBoston clients now? Are they capacity constrained, do they need a Genesis computer? The third quarter is 4 to 7 months off, that's a lot of time for an org. that has e-bill capability already (unlike TrashPoint). Is this a possible bone of contention for their MSFT/FDC partners; I would guess not, but it would be nice to have dissension to go along with lack of a working product and marketing lies, kind of a three-bagger. Of course, I looking for CKFR to be the fourth thorn to make this a home run for the good (Norcross) guys.
