SEVL Merger News:
7th Level, Inc. (NASDAQ:SEVL - news) and privately-owned STREET Technologies, Inc. today announced they
will combine to form a powerful high-tech multimedia corporate training and communications company. The move
boosted 7th Level's share price 6.73%, or $0.22 to $3.47. The new company, called 7th Street, will retain the ticker
symbol 'SEVL.' Analyst William Anthony Scovin, of Ladenburg Thalmann, pointed out that since STREET
Technologies is a closely held company, putting exact figures on estimates at this time is very difficult. However, he
concluded that the merger 'has to be good,' largely due to STREET's 'intelligent' management.
