[Able Releases Additional Information Of Its Fourth Quarter Earnings] WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Able Telcom Holding Corp. reports that in its fourth quarter it incurred over 1.2 million dollars in professional fees and consultant charges associated with shareholder litigation, The Sirit lawsuit, the MSFNT acquisition and financing activities. These charges impacted the quarterly earnings by approximately $.07 per share after giving effects for taxes. Able does not anticipate the same dollar volume of these type of fees with last three quarters of the current fiscal year. --- aren't these extraordinary legal expenses considered a non-recurring charge? $0.16 + $0.07 = $0.23, which beats Zacks.
