Fred,

Here are the HTSF filings to date. The last 10K was for year ending 3/31/97 and the last 10Q was for 12/31/97

Just jumped on this pony today because of product and revenues. Thought I had to make a quick decision and got in at 5 5/16 [Ouch!!!] Hope I did not make a big mistake.

Frederick, I had the good fortune of meeting Ben Shell last night (planned well before recent stock moves BTW), and I can tell you, I was impressed. We saw a presentation of latest products (simply amazing!), and had a long session of Q and A. The subject of reg S, etc. came up, and to make a long story short, NO reg S, NO floorless convertibles, NO funny business of any kind. I'll leave it to others to expand on meeting, but I for one feel a whole lot better about my investment. IMO, this outfit is well-run, innovative, and most importantly for me, reeking of integrity! Many large shareholders present, and most seem content to remain long-term investors, even given the remarkable rise in stock price of late. Looks like a keeper. Best Wishes, John Rowe

Frederick: This company is clean. No bad financing and a very low float. Mid-west conservative all the way! I have owned this stock for about 4 years.
