3.30 - 4.00pm thats the only time that counts these days. MM's and fund managers with hair triggers and no-one apparently wants to go home owning any stock. Who can blame them. it must be great not to worry about anything when you go home.

MSFT down to about $150 and even the telecom stocks on the naz affected as well. The only good thing I can see is that volumes so far look like they are low so maybe its just a lack of buyers and MMs lowering the prices to do some business. Lets hope so.

I must say that it takes a bit of a stomach to go through this kind of market which now seems to be a couple of times a year. And why this now thats what really gets me, after all the good news recently, good earnings, good announcements, splits, better news on the international front and the end of the impeachment uncertainty. So Dells revenues were a bit slow in one Q and the NAZ takes a bath. Sickening literally.

Regards,

L

Bad enoough but here we go again. Europeans will be down again tomorrow andthen so will Wall St and there is notihng to stop it as its now in free fall again. I thought we'd had enough of this last Aug/Oct but no we're right back in again.

Well as for as bad as I thought I suppose we should be happy that it was only minus 60+ points today. Keep this up for a couple of weeks and we're back at 1,500.

How much down tomorrow 60+ or a real biggie at say 100 plus. Just wait till all the 'I told you so' types come out to gloat tonight. Barton Biggs looks like he's going to be finally vindicated.

Regards,

L
