First of all the bankruptcy hearing is a result of former mgmt, and will not happen acoording to new mgmt however the hearing must still be dealt with (according to Ed Salmon it is nothing he is concerned with), as for the reverse merger, it is my understanding after discussing this with Ed Salmon, that the reverse split will only occur for shares issued for the new company (hits). The SCMI shares will remain intact ie. no split, you will still have the same number you started with...you will be given 6x less shares of HITS...
