IBM, T, etc ditched the CEO when he presided over such a two year disaster. The stocks then recovered nicely as the new guy cleans house, gets rid of the the old 'connected' deadwood, and enables the people who are most capable in the organization. Clearly SE needs to do this as the current CEO, as witness his absurd appearance on CNBC and his complete lack of any vision for the future, must be replaced ASAP with a complete outsider who can get the job done.

Today Internet stocks like AMZN and AOL did just great but SE tanked. Guess your theory is wrong. Suggest my theory, that management is ......, is the right one.

Hope by annual meeting in a couple of weeks we have a new CEO.
