Tullio Joins Schraff Group as New Business Development Director 11:06 a.m. Feb 16, 1999 Eastern NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 16, 1999--Mark Tullio joins Schraff Group in the newly created position of new business development director. In his new position with the Newport Beach-based technology marketing communications firm, Tullio will work closely with agency president, Brian Schraff, to develop and implement new business strategies. Tullio earned a B.S. degree in marketing and psychology from University of Massachusetts and an M.B.A. from Babson College's Graduate School of Business in Wellesley, Mass.
