Dell's sale bet. Feb. 98 to Nov. 98, including only the shares already sold, disposed and given as gift. The total comes to 17,086,300 shares. That averaged about 1.7 million shares a month. But what caught my attention from that guy's comment is that the insider sales tells more about the next 1-2 quarter's earning. That means this is just a beginning, and the fun is yet to come. Best.

Between December 96 to end of January 99, Michael Dell's sales: Number of shares sold (as filed) = 18,028,000 Split adjusted number of shares sold = 29,968,000 (I might have made a small mistake - but the total is about 29 million. That is in about 25 months! Average number of shares sold by Dell: 1,179,842.52 PER MONTH! Here is a copy of the worksheet I have done (not going to kill myself to format it.
