You guys would surely have more success in your search for knowledge if you would simply email the company at DCHTinvest@aol.com.

It is useless for me to spend so much time and energy trying to defend everything written here there and everywhere, when the company has an established mechanism for discussion.

Do not take this as an abandonment of the thread; it isn't.

The company has stated that it is their goal to be reporting by April 1, 1999. That gives them a little more than a month to get their audits complete, etc.

You can believe that they don't want to go into the NHA meeting without being able to say they are now accessible at Edgar.

Regardless, don't hack each other to death over this.

We all have stated our positions quite clearly over the last several weeks and there isn't any doubt about where anyone stands.

I am working on behalf of the company, but not as a promoter.

I hope that over time this becomes a thread where people can say they actually learned something.

it fascinates me that so few are willing to look past a companies early growth hurdles, but hey, that's why they call it speculation.

Being involved in investment banking since '93, specializing in tech stocks, it has taught me how to find the winners. it is difficult to win many converts to that philosophy, so long as the company remains a non reporting BB.

As they say in Espana, Vamos a ver.

My position is clear; I am in it for the long haul and reachable at RAMCapMgmt@aol.com

Thank you.

Excellent work Sid.

This situation is very disappointing. First we have Metals, Sir Alexx, Dr Harvey and H2O spamming the threads with this little gem. The hype reached a peak around Jan 19, coincidentally at the same time as the share price. Some felt the need to defend this stock to the point of personal threats and lewd comments about your wife.

Now we have Metals, Sir Alexx, DR Harvey and H2O (do the latter 2 count only as one?) all abandoning the thread. Why? Just because you asked a few thoughtful questions?

Ask the company they say. I personally would not be interested in anything that was not posted publicly. I am sure that a call to IR would result in some very upbeat conversation, but it could easily be denied at some future time. Sorry, that just does not cut it.

Mr Oshinsky, is it such a huge effort to give Sid's posts (questions) to management and ask for some answers that you can post? Is it really more effort than you have already expended by posting 95 times about this company, just here on SI? How many on Yahoo and Raging Bull?

Since they are paying you $5,000 per month, I would expect that they would give you all the tools necessary to alleviate the concerns of shareholders or potential shareholders?

I have many more questions, but that is enough for now.

To current shareholders, I wish you well.
