Venkie, I thought Dell held well too. Frankly, I'm a little surprised, because I expected the market to bring it down a lot more, in view of all of the air play given to the so-called "disappointment" . Not because I think it should be lower, but because these swings are usually overdone. I was prepared to buy more on a more drastic drop. An interesting day.

Someday I want to give up this hugely prosperous and exciting
life and retire. a person can do that with leaps on Softy, Dell and a few more.
Heres a Msft Leap: LMFAH bgt 6-23-98 cost $7, now $30
And a Dell leap:-- ZDEAL bgt 9-1-98 cost $18 , now ~ $40
I worry far less about those Leaps than any other investment, besides which will now have double the number of both types due to the splits.
