Jay, by now you should know the answer, past profits are ugly, it is the unknown glorious future on which stocks are priced (VBG).

Makes no sense to me, Jay. I added a few more shares at 42.5 near the close. BTB was nearly as high as AMAT, but with much higher relative sales, profit was higher, projected profit even better. The only thing I can guess is that the street didn't like all the insiders dumping shares in the secondary.

What I keep waiting for is a nice acquisition. The time for buying private companies out is now. Unfortunately the recent slide makes acquisitions with stock more expensive. Good thing that they have some cash.
