NAVR's NetRadio customer service is outstanding. Found Beethoven's 9 Symph (on 6 CD's) by Bruno Walter (IMO da best, fwiw), for $27.00 on CDPointe. Promptly ordered it and within a couple hours they had confirmed the order and next day notified me they'd sent it out as I requested by USPS... Well, it never showed...I suspect lost by misdelivery. Customer Service was in touch with me and quite concerned...replaced it at their expense (I offered to split the loss)...They have a customer for life,,,I guess I owe the stock holders ($27.00 divided by how many shares now?)/per share... Some happy postman is listening to the Big B.
