WR, I'm trading with T.Rowe Price on line. Minimum trade fee of $29.50, but nothing, I mean nothing else I've tried measures up. Servers not overloaded. Fill completed on limit orders before I can review the status of orders placed. Naturally when placed at bid or ask depending on buying or selling. Today I placed a sell at 41 5/8. The spread was 41 1/2 by 41 3/4. I filled in 20 seconds at 41 3/4. That's my kind of broker. It pays back over those so called deep discounts that have a way of milking you during transaction time.
