I was under the impression that the SEC would require the current year end statements on filing . If the statements look good it might make it much easier to keep stock price up in the short term . If not good why not get anything bad out of the way now before hitting Nasdaq. If Nasdaq is the great panacea most here believe, past performance might not matter. The question is also will they have to restate past financials to satisfy SEC vs Canadian rules .
