Steve,

I am not a chart specialist, but it seems that Novellus has been catching its breath for a few weeks now. As the run up took place late
last year, Novellus stayed well ahead of Applied. But now, Applied is trading right with Novellus. Since NVLS has half the pe and a very
small float relative to Applied, I think that Novellus is resting
for the next phase up.

The psychology is with us. The cycle is in the very beginning stage. I don't think we will see the low 50's. Rather, we will see some more
fluctuation in the 60's and then a move to 80 or share. I personally
believe that by June we will see a stock price near $100 a share.

Take a look at the chart. The last time we have a lot of up and down
activity, the stock remained that way for a few weeks until it charged
10 points upward.
