Steve. Like I wrote, I've been using QC for a month. Mid-Jan to today. In earlier posts I remarked how I'd lost my connection for several weeks after their internal system inexplicably "dropped data" regarding my account. Everything appeared in order on my end though QC couldn't even find me among their registered users. They took another route after repeated contacts with Chris on this thread and located my account. It appears that the missing data within their system kept it from being listed. It may have been a problem in the registration process since the subscription took right away but I never received the automated registration confirmation. That would explain it dropping my account after 4 days at least.

Realistically, I have no clue why it did what it did. I tried to log on one evening and got "Logon failed: User account not found". Unending e-mails and even calls to the 1-800 # were no help since, to them, my account didn't even 'exist' within their system.

So, here I am now, 4 days into my account working again and it craps out once more. I've only been able to log on sporadically today and received erroneous data whenever I did. I cannot even log on this evening. I've had QCharts for a month now and have yet to make a single trade based upon it. Fun.
