Late 10k Does anyone know when the late quarterly statement from Oct 98 or end of year report will be out and when the next share holders meeting is. Not sure why the stock is moving up with no earning report or SEC filings put out by GRPV. Just more hopeful information by GRPV, would not sink alot of money into this stock until management give financial information on how the company is doing and what is up with the pending law suits. These are my personnel insights, holding long for 1yr so far.
