Got my toes wet at 6 3/4. Bad news -- or at least, admissions of screw ups -- is usually oversold. I may be in and out before the day is done as more news surfaces.

Lord Smooth, I enjoyed your post (thanks for relaying the cc notes). I think the formal eps announcement is over the 25th still. You know, every now and then, you just have to let a F**K slip out! (LOL), particularly with the pain this stock is putting us through.

How does one go about getting involved in the shareholders' suit? Have the various class actions been consolidated yet? If I even get 1 cent from these **____________s who obviously can't manage their way across the street, but don't mind profiting from insider info, I will feel vindicated. I took my 20 point loss last December and moved on, but when I saw the additional news of screwed up accounting, I've decided to prosecute my claim. Does NationsBanc still have its once $70 million investment in this company?
