Got my toes wet at 6 3/4. Bad news -- or at least, admissions of screw ups -- is usually oversold. I may be in and out before the day is done as more news surfaces.

How does one go about getting involved in the shareholders' suit? Have the various class actions been consolidated yet? If I even get 1 cent from these **____________s who obviously can't manage their way across the street, but don't mind profiting from insider info, I will feel vindicated. I took my 20 point loss last December and moved on, but when I saw the additional news of screwed up accounting, I've decided to prosecute my claim. Does NationsBanc still have its once $70 million investment in this company?
