This stuff is written in legaleese. It is hard to follow. But after you have read enough of them you can follow the money. You can see how much the company is in debt and where the debt comes from.
In the case of GBFE it says right in one of there reports that they are SELLING there brand new plant to pay off some Bad debts. Also you can see what kind of deal managment has. Often times on a buy out the deal is set up so that the BIG boys are the only ones to get paid and everyone else is left holding the bag!

I really started learning about this stuff when I was following KAHI. A buy out deal was done. I and many others thought we were rich. But after going over the reports a few times I saw that the present stock holders would most probably not make any money on the deal for at least 3 years.

What can I tell you. It's a jungle out there. The boys on the top seem to always have there GOLDEN PARASHOOTS ready to deploy.
