Pat, I am buying shares in SDTI. The company has 2M shares of
VRSN and in my opinion is the leader in the industry. The shares
have fallen 45% in the last 2 months. Intel and SDTI are
forming a strong alliance. They have a large backlog of orders
and are buying back approx 3M shares. RSA is a wholly owned
subsidiary. CPQ is also working with SDTI.

I think VRSN will be an excellent long term investment.

EFX is more of a blue chip play on e-commerce. I am holding
a 2K share position in EFX at this time.
