Ouch!! That's what I was afraid of ;-) I mean, it's bad enough to be led down the dreamy path of compounding (annualizing) a one day movement (I like doing it on particularly wild days imagining how many servants would be "too many" after a good day) and, even while agreeing with Gecko that Greed, for lack of a better word, is Good, manners alone dictate a 265 business day year to compound on, max. Subtract the many holidays on which the market is closed and sensibility becomes even more intrusive. For shame, even at 265 days we're looking at a 85% annualized drop from the true close that the Luddites have "talked it down to." This issue is more volatile than we thought!! <gg>
