It's my opinion that AT&T will have to work with FTEL to make this TCI Acquisition work out. It's my opinion that the only reason that AT&T acquired TCI is because they know that FTEL have the technology to put cable internet at the top of the list as for fast assess to the Internet go. And AT&T itself have the know how and resources to make it work. Now we still do not know what the settelment in the litigation between the two companys was only because AT&T donot want it known. I do know that the stock have been edging up since the two companys settle there lawsuit. We also know that if FTEL was hurt by the settlement. The stock will not be edging up. I do not thank that AT&T will be acquiring FTEL soon or at all but I do thank that they will be using FTEL products and services. and if they do we are in the money for a long way up

I remember when I first bought FTEL, Back in Aug 1996.
The big talk then was a FNET IPO in the Spring of 1997.
Then it got pushed back to summer 1997. I think we
all know the rest of the story.
