Its true, and was announced I forget when, but think it was last autumn sometime, perhaps late summer.

My own take on this is that it is yet another example of bad reportage. SEG, as you probably know, struck its plan to manufacture in the PI, and also struck its plan to have a large head inspection facility in Indonesia. To my knowledge that has not changed.

By the way, the site in PI was never Subic but, instead, was Cebu.
