It's about a cause. A terrible cause that is very much in the gay lifestyle. Doesn't affect me as I'm not gay but I do feel for those people and for hookers and all the rest.

I believe it was John Donne who was quoted by Hemmingway and this ain't a quote but has the same feeling in my rendition-

Ask not for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee. As the Continent of Europe looses a clod of dirt so the less is the Continent of Europe. "Farewell to Arms" went on to explain how when one person dies humanity has become lessened.

Now until AIDS is spread by mosquitoes I'm pretty safe but I can see how some gays would take the chance of catching it as a protest for better health care. Especially the given that gays have a history of suffering.
