Unfortunately, even if PMA was packaged in something that would knock your socks off, it will not sell if it is sitting on the shelf next to a program about building a goddamned patio deck!

CompUSA and Staples have both been total jokes. They are the wrong place to showcase this product.

Ken:

I have to believe the placement on the shelf at both Comp USA and Staples is a major part of the marketing problem. Combine this with the INC listing by Staples making the product impossible to find and I believe they have established impossible barriers to climb.

Both stores have large numbers of very young and inexperienced sales persons. Many of these do not know or care about the products they are selling. As someone else stated, I don't know how they make so much money with such a poor sales staff.

Several posts have indicated they did not like the packaging. I like it. I am sure if you ask 10 people you can get 10 opinions on it. If they design a new package I hope it is a real "GRABBER" and sharp enough to reach out and drag people from the isle. This package really didn't do that.
